  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Lower the heat, add remaining butter, cook sliced onions for 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Add minced garlic to the onions, sauté for 30 seconds to release aroma.
  5. Stir in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for a couple of minutes.
  6. Whisk in sour cream until smooth; warm for 2 minutes without boiling.
  7. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and heat through.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
