Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, thyme (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked rice or egg noodles, turkey, and mixed vegetables until well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, spreading evenly. If desired, sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
