Cooking Steps
- Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a large skillet and heat over medium for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Quickly stir in the chopped cabbage and sauté for about 1 minute until beginning to wilt.
- Sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, paprika, and optional caraway seeds. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Once tender, squeeze in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and stir to incorporate.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
